On Linux you set up Tailscale entirely in the terminal. On Debian and Ubuntu, the official script installs the package and sets up the service; afterwards you sign in to the platform’s server with tailscale up:
curl -fsSL https://tailscale.com/install.sh | sh
sudo tailscale up --login-server=https://headscale.application-platform.com
The second command prints a link that you open in the browser to sign in. Once the sign-in in the browser is complete, the command returns in the terminal.
For Fedora, RHEL, and other distributions, follow the Tailscale installation guide for your system and then run the same tailscale up command.
Checking the status

The output lists the devices in the workspace network. Once your device appears as connected, you can reach the workspace VMs; how to download the RDP file and sign in is described under Connect to your workspace. If your device does not appear as connected, run the tailscale up command again and complete the sign-in in the browser.
